At Kialla Play Therapy, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing, stimulating and welcoming environment for all children. Our unique service incorporates a variety of theories, while always keeping the child’s best interest in mind and allowing for hands-on, experiential learning and healing. Our Services
Over time, we’ve designed and adapted our service to meet the high standards of today’s world of family support. By providing a nurturing environment, we make sure each child receives exactly what they need.
Sessions are 45 minutes each and 6 sessions are usually recommended to achieve a goal.
You can expect to receive some tips or activities each week to practice at home in between sessions.
Prices start from $150 per session. Please enquire for a quote based on your needs.

Meet Tahna
Tahna is originally from Kialla and has lived and worked with families all over the world for 20 years. Now returned home to the GV, Tahna offers local parents her expertise in understanding children from ages 0-12yrs and her guidance with family communication and behaviour change. Tahna holds a Diploma of Children's Services (Early Childhood Education and Care), a Diploma of Postnatal Practice, a Business Degree and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Social Science (Children and Family Studies). Tahna is an accredited Circle of Security Parenting Program Facilitator and a certified Parenting Under Pressure Therapist. Tahna also administers the Newborn Behavioural Observation System for infants. Tahna is a Certified Humanistic Play Therapist and Certified Interplay Practitioner.
Tahna has a Working With Children Check and is a member of the World and Australian Associations of Infant Mental Health as well as the Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association.
